The 2025-2026 School Year is getting ready to kick off in a few days. Back to School sports physicals, immunizations and general checkups are the norm for this time of year.
What you may not know is that both the Pierre and Sioux Falls SDUIH clinics have wonderful physical fitness rooms with professional equipment open to you for no charge. There is even water to fill your bottles with – again, no charge.
While it is important to take care that our littles have what they need as they tackle the new school year, we want you to be healthy too. Even if you start with just 15 minutes a couple of times a week, you will get many benefits like feeling better during the day and sleeping better at night.
Our little ones will be even better if you are in good shape! Please slip on some sneakers and come see us.
