We are currently hiring for:

Executive Director (ED)

Sioux Falls or Pierre | Full Time

The Executive Director for the organization, reports directly to the Board of Directors, and takes primary responsibility for organizational design and management, policies and procedures, strategic planning, project development and maintaining/increasing financial security and support. The Executive Director is advised by the Board of Directors to administer and enforce the agency’s mission. The ED is knowledgeable and experienced with Urban Indian Programs and current public health care issues.

Cultural Coordinator

Sioux Falls | Part Time

The Cultural Coordinator will work with the Grants Director to enhance SDUIH’s Cultural Programs. The Cultural Coordinator will assist in tracking program information and data, planning programs, promoting programs, fosters community relations, gathering supplies for programs, and general upkeep of the Cultural Program space. The ideal person will be organized, able to work independently, and willing to help out wherever needed.

Nurse (RN or LPN)

Sioux Falls | Full Time

Nursing staff will provide direct patient care that is safe, reliable, efficient and effective and within scope of practice as a licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to ensure quality care is provided that is culturally appropriate, mission aligned and in compliance with patient care procedures and program policies.

Nurse (RN or LPN)

Nursing staff will provide direct patient care that is safe, reliable, efficient and effective and within scope of practice as a licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to ensure quality care is provided that is culturally appropriate, mission aligned and in compliance with patient care procedures and program policies.

RN Clinical Risk Manager

Sioux Falls | Part Time

The RN Clinical Risk Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration of SDUIH Clinical Risk Management Program and provides support to the SDUIH Liability Insurance Program. The RN Clinical Risk Manager assumes direct responsibility for incident investigation and identification/management of areas considered to be risk management liabilities. The RN Clinical Risk Manager acts as a consultant to medical providers, leadership, and staff on matters of clinical risk management. The RN Clinical Risk Manager serves as a member of the risk management team which aims to mitigate risk to SDUIH and ensure quality of care in a constantly changing health care environment.
